To save someone having to spend another night in a shop doorway with more torrential rain forecast, I’ve just booked them into a safe, dry space and ensured they have access to hot food.

Will be meeting them tomorrow after work to complete forms to hopefully set them on a journey of getting their own home but for now we do what we do best, meeting hurting people directly at their point of need 7 days a week.
